I did a really bad job announcing this month’s meeting, but Mike showed off some awesome stuff. Here are his links from the Mailing List.
Here’s the code I presented last Wednesday on Three.js
https://github.com/ballmw/ThreeJS-examples
Also, I’ve found another library that looks promising called Scene.js
It includes one of the features I really wanted in Three called “Basic
Picking”. The ability to identify what object a user clicked on
without using a ray…

It also has a bad-ass Tron Tank:

I did find some decent resources, but still no significant docs:

Thanks!

You might have noticed we have a new light and airy feel. Feel free to thank Chris Glass the next time you see him for this. He will gladly accept beers.
If you’ve talked with Carin Meier at all, you’ve heard about Clojure. Well, it’s making it’s way in to the world of the web.
WARNING: I could be making all this up, but I think it’s pretty close to the truth.
Clojurescript is Clojure that generates JavaScript (a la Coffeescript). Creighton Kirkendall (http://twitter.com/crkirkendall) is a local enthusiast and he’s offered to do a little ditty next month.
We’ll try to round up some more lunch and send more info as it becomes available. If you or your company is interested in buying lunch, please get in touch with me!

Thanks again to Wesley for the great Sproutcore intro. Here’s a link to the sample app he showed us and his update after the meeting.
Hey guys,
Here is the todo app from my demo at this month’s meetup. Sorry for
the delay in posting it. It took me a little longer to port it to
EmberJS than I had expected.

If anyone has questions on this todos app, SproutCore or EmberJS
please feel free to ping me. I’m always happy to help. My twitter
account is @workmanw.

Come and listen to Justin Searls of test double talk about Jasmine. Justin has ported Jim Weirich’s Given to Jasmine. He’s also a creator of Try Jasmine.
See you there!

Here’s a link dump from this month’s meeting. I hope you’re all super exicted about building CouchApps!
It was mentioned that it might be helpful to show a walkthrough of setting up a CouchApp. I’ll try to work on that and post something here.
And don’t forget about #couchdb on freenode! Relax!
